If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your item in order to resolve the issue or provide a return authorization. Many of the items on the site are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may or may not be returned to that address. Please do not ship an item back without contacting us first so that we can give you the correct address for shipping. After receiving authorization to return, the item must be returned within 14 days, or the return authorization will be cancelled. Items cannot be returned for a cash refund after 30 days – if item is received after 30 days, a store credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund. In some cases, a 10 or 15% restocking charge may be incurred. In most cases, buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. The item must be carefully packed and returned in the original carton/packaging with all hardware/pieces included. The Nesting Chick will refund the purchase price to the buyer upon receipt of the returned item. In most cases, the original shipping expense will not be refunded.
Our website provides checkout options for all major credit cards & PayPal. We are sure you will find checking out extremely easy, but should you have any questions, please email us. We don’t store payment information in our system, so rest assured your credit card information is safe and secure.
Order Changes and Cancellation Information
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, and in order to maintain this, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders.
All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days. In order to offer you the quickest and safest shipping available, we ship via FedEx whenever possible. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, so please list an actual street address when possible. We offer the following shipping options when FREE SHIPPING promotions are not available:

*Orders outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and various other fees not listed here, as designated by your countries policies. These fees range, but can be 30% or higher. We are not responsible for these charges. We must mark actual package value on the orders we ship. We cannot reduce the value of your packages, or mark them as “gifts”. Should you refuse a package for any reason, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return. All duties and fees are imposed as soon as a package reaches customs, and we are not responsible for any of those charges.
Please make sure your address is correct! We print labels based on the address listed and if it is incorrect, your order will not be shipped to your desired address. While we try to catch errors and make corrections, we cannot guarantee delivery to your desired address unless it is correct at the time your order is placed.
Should your shipping cost exceed the listed rates, we will contact you with any additional postage costs, which must be paid prior to your order being shipped.
